• VIN Queries: Vehicle Identification Numbers (VIN) that you enter for verification
• Report Submissions: Name, email, optional phone number, message and optionally uploaded photos/documents
• Server Log Files: IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, date and time of request (automatically stored in server logs, retention period: 7 days)

3.2 Portal for Rental Companies (office.vin-test.com)

When using our portal, we collect and store:

• Account Data: First and last name, email address, password (encrypted), role, location assignment
• Company Data: Company name, address, contact details, locations, contract information, billing data
• Vehicle Data: VIN, license plate, brand, model, color, photos, location assignment
• Reports About Your Vehicles: Reports submitted by third parties including contact details of reporters
